Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at trendytreasuretrove90@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions vary by product and supplier.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve this quickly with a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

Non-returnable items Personal care products, beauty items, and perishables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
